  • Tyrolean Speck or liver dumplings in beef broth
  • Beef bouillon with herbal pancake stripes


WARM STARTERS:
  • Homemade Schlutzkrapfen (Ravioli with spinach-ricotta filling) with foamed butter and Parmesan
  • Home made gnocchi with lamb stew and rosemary
  • Beetroot dumplings on root vegetables and mountain cheese


MAIN DISHES:
  • Milanese-style veal escalope with potato salad
  • Loin of pork wrapped in Speck with finger-shaped potato dumplings on vegetables
  • Tyrolean fried beef and onions, sautéed potatoes and vegetables
  • Young pork chop in plum-chestnut jus with mash potatoes and winter vegetables
  • Mixed boiled meat with roast potatoes, vegetables and salsa verde
  • T-Bone Steak (500-600 g) with vegetables, Roast of potatoes, rice and noodles

  • Home made apple strudel
  • Affogato (Espresso with Vanilla ice cream) 
  • Vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries
  • Nougat dumplingson caramel mirror

WE RECOMMEND:
